What does 800g of fruits and veggies look like? Some of us are still trying to reach our daily goal of 800g of fruits and veggies this month. Here is another example of what 800g looks like - 107g mixed veggies (with 130g brown rice and 85g chicken breast), 204g salad, 162g gala apple and 290g pineapple for a total of 763g.
