When we are bored at the gym, we pretend that the bench is an airplane But seriously though, this setup can also be used to perform a drop set on the bench press. A drop set is a great way to add more training volume to the last set of your workout. ... you’d begin with the same weight and do as many reps as you can, then drop or reduce the weight and go to failure, and then drop the weight once more and rep out until you can’t lift the weight anymore. But just like all great tools, it doesn’t work unless you actually take action. So whatever your fitness goals are, just make sure to get started right now, and never stop.
