Here is a vid on setting up spring heights on a performance engine . Makin it right !

K... so here we go. Got the heads set up and doing a deshroud cut on intakes and exhaust , this opens up the window and let’s the engine breathe. It’s like having a slightly bigger port but still having velocity of a smaller one . Higher velocity makes and engine more responsive in the lower to mid RPM. A cut on the deck surface with a diamond bit makes a good straight and smooth surface for a Cometic MLS gasket . A slight buff of this surface takes away that nice shiny look but it is easier for head gasket to seal under boost. My elliptical grinder is used to grind the valve seats on all high performance and racing engines . It takes twice as long but makes for perfect seats These babies are ready to go !!
