Viking Fashion - Nordic Pale Ale is back! Our hoppy pale ale made with Norwegian kveik yeast. Fashion is about taking chances. Experimenting. Daring to be bold. On tap now! Our first pilot batch brewed by our talented assistant brewer, Addie! This Rye IPA is bold, balanced, and deceptively strong at 8% abv. It is aptly named 'Not Rye-n's Beer'. You've tried many beers from our head brewer, Ryan. The pilot system is a way for Addie to create conctions of her own without Ryan tainting everything. You can expect these small batches about once every month. Only available on draft at daft. Only 3 kegs in existence so get it while you can.... Addie is known by many names around the brewery. Ryan calls her Adelaide when she is sassy. We call her potato-laide when she talks about her favourite food.
