Lol I’ve been reading too much science that my poems are now becoming science Enjoy my nerdy poem heheheh and have fabulous day **************... I’m feeling a rush I’m feeling it deep in my heart I’m feeling it running through my veins As you walked by I held an urge to grab your hand Urge to stop you To place your hand on my heart To feel it going thump thump thump Every heartbeat You’re in my arteries Running through them Feeding my heart Energizing it Ahhhh how I wish you can read my mind If only you can! You would read that my mind only thinks about you day in and out. I fell under your magic the day you opened the door for me. That moment my heart pinched me to wake up You’re my drug that calms me down when I’m nervous You’re the fire in me when I’m mad You’re the water that keeps me going under a hot summer afternoon But most of all you’re the red bone marrow in my backbone By Dana Al-Khalidi

I push people away Though, not realizing that I was breaking hearts I broke your heart while I thought I was broken Two wrongs don’t make it right! I have a Dream Dream bigger than I expect to achieve. I’ll Follow my dream and reach as far as I can. I’m a dreamer I slip beneath the pillow spell... And fell deep into my dream My dream is to reach to you To hold you For you to wish I was yours My dream is as biggest my heart Not to big but not too small I’m a dreamer I’ll reach to you some day Until then I’ll keep on dreaming... In recent tragic events that had happened, let’s take some time to reflect. From Middle East demonstrations that many had died, Ukrainian airliner that killed all aboard of Iranians and Canadians, virus outbreak in China that’s now international of hundreds affected, popular tv show, The bachelorette, contestant that died due to overdose, and finally the helicopter crash in Los angles that killed all aboard including the famous NBA star Kobe Bryant. To all them may they Rest ...in Peace and my sincere condolence their families. This tribute isn’t just to Kobe but, to all that we are losing and not ready to say goodbye to them. Please take a moment of silence and remember them in your prayers. Please reflect and hold your loved ones close as tomorrow isn’t promised. Please put down your pride and know that weather you are rich, poor, famous, simple, highly educated, illiterate, owner of a multimillion-dollar company, or janitor; we all are born the same and rest to peace the same.
