Sold and closed Huge congratulations to my Buyers on their new purchase. There’s always a good story in working with EACH and EVERY one of my clients from the day we meet until closing and thereafter. I guess I just realized I don’t share enough of that, so here we go... I met a lovely couple 2 years ago on MY moving-out day. I had bumped into them literally upon handing my keys off to the concierge. They wanted to stay connected as they too where planning a move in the ne...ar future. Over the years we looked at different possibilities, explored new areas and a variety of home types. After much discovery, the day came where they found their next place to call home. The home for sale had multiple offers.. due to offer price and as we had to sell their current home with confidence we did not receive an acceptance that night BUT THEN.... A week passes and the original buyer was unable to move forward with the purchase so I connected with the listing agent and asked if we could put our offer back together and if they would accept the sale of a property condition (which is crucial for condos in a market as such). WE GOT THE ACCEPTANCE!! and immediately I had tight deadlines to prep, list, sell and firm a deal on my clients current home. It was a promise I made in order to convince the other party to accept our deal. I asked for 10days and in that time frame I FULFILLED my promise #sold .. & GUESS WHAT?? The very best part (in my opinion) is their new home is only a 30 second walk to me! Neighbours yet again, full circle!! Only this time we will know each other during our neighbour-ship (not sure that’s an actual word but I’m going with it) Comment below if you want me to share more stories or reach out if you want to make one
