Elephant In The Room

Sometimes with my lows of depression cleaning and keeping up on the household can be really difficult. For three days I have been in bed while my house gets dirtier and dirtier but today I came up with a plan and even if it takes me till 7PM at night I WILL get my little piece of heaven clean again Feeling super accomplished getting my living room done, now it's time for the dining room. Just a little but at a time as to not overwhelm myself. Even though depression feels ...like a never ending pit to me at times it's nice to know I can still complete and accomplish things. I have the most supportive boyfriend rooting me on and checking in on me all the time, couldn't be more blessed. Feeling good today!! See more

Please stop "pill shaming" people who take medication for mental health.

This is such a true post. As someone with BPD no matter how not alone you are with those around you and how good of a day you've had the emptiness and lonliness you feel is unbearable at times.
