Reflecting on the day I was sworn into Common Council back in May 2019. I got a chuckle out of this memory. My little cousin, Everett.

I struggle with being able to understand why it’s not at the top of the list for the Department of Education when both the district and the city have made it their top infrastructure priority. Whether it’s the new school, Fundy Quay, or the NB Museum, Saint John elected five cabinet ministers that need to be advocating to get these projects across the line.

We’re continuing the dialogue on bike lanes, and road accessibility. Coming up with a plan that better supports pedestrians , cyclists and anyone without a car is critical. Here are some of my thoughts from the last council meeting
