It’s basement season! This one was from last winter, huge transformation from the existing 70’s/80’s style plaster wall and wood trim look. There was also a lot of unused space that I converted to either storage area or closet space. Some exterior walls had nothing but aluminum foil for insulation so I properly insulated the walls up to code. No doubt this basement will be cozy this winter coming. @ Thorold, Ontario

Stamped concrete was finished prior to the deck being built by @antonios.paving.concrete and my concrete piers were dug and poured prior to that. Located and built on afterwards. Deck is 12x12 with a diagonal set of stairs and deckorator estate series balusters. I had @tiptopexteriors come out and repair some vinyl siding that was damaged from the previous deck. Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of that but my client said it was done to perfection! First time using the DMX Plastics underpayment. Needless to say it was a breeze to lay out. Been a while since I’ve posted anything. I’ve been up north building this beast of a deck with very little reception. So I’ll re cap here.... The upper tier is 36’x12’ down a seven set to a 12’x12’ lower tier with an additional 4’x4’ landing off the front to the lower 10 set staircase.
