Diacarbon is in final stages of getting its torrefaction facility running in Merritt. In addition a to white wood pellets, the facility will produce torrefied wood (aka: biocoal) for use in replacing fossil coal. Lots of cool stuff happening at Diacarbon. We've moved our office to Gastown (201-157 Water Street, Vancouver, BC) and after two years of effort, the Canada Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has granted us permission to sell biochar in Canada.
