The latest stats are in just in for the month of December. For Year to Date 2018 vs. Year to Date 2017, average sale prices were up year over year by 2.89%. For December 2018 vs. December 2017, the average sale prices were up by 7.11%. The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 16.67% in December 2018 vs. December 2017. With lower inventory on the market, upward pressure on pricing is expected to continue.... The 11th of November, holds an extra special place in my heart, because of a soldier, Jack Lamont, who fought with honour in Korea. Jack passed away November 11, 2006. Jack was my birth father and remained an important part of my life. Each November 11th, I honour and remember him and his fellow soldiers.
