We understand fully that the cost of grooming itself may not have been considered when pet lovers welcomed their new furball into their family, so we do try to assist with options suc...h as a slightly shorter hair cut that is still keeping them healthy or can provide guidance on how to maintain their pet’s grooming at home. Like any other service provider out there, we need to keep in mind that businesses still have to meet their costs as well as honour their employees who have the skill and expertise to handle the service. We pride ourselves in having wonderful staff who provide skilled, loving and patient care to all the pets. Since Feb 2021 there has been an out cry of why we are booked so far in advance. This is why! Our clients are on schedules, the ones who are not and who have been calling around looking for the best price and earliest appointment are booked where we can. This is the beauty of the beast. If you set your dog/ cat on a schedule, the grooms are better, you stand a better chance of getting the groom you ask for if you do the combing and brushing at home and the groomer isn't breaking their backs. Please keep this in mind before you leave a groom shop next time with out a follow up appointment or wish to complain about your pet being shaved down.
