Happy Thanksgiving! We hope everybody had a wonderful weekend with family and friends, taking time to acknowledge what you're grateful for. Well, we are so grateful that we had 20 volunteer over the course of a long day yesterday come out and help us prepare and serve Thanksgiving dinner to 180 people ! Thank you so much ! Another big thank you to everyone who came out to help paint the new yoga studios at Karma Teachers! Thank you for serving the Vancouver community in the way that you do :) If you haven't already checked them out and attended a class there, we highly recommend it - ecstatic dance or philosophy class with Emerson Lim Yoga!

A big thank you to everyone who made it out to our last Doze Day this past Sunday Doze Day - Calling volunteers for a Karma Teacher's Tune Up! :) We got the job down and are super happy to have helped out Karma Teachers. A BIG BIG thank you to the current and old College Pro crew you came and made it all possible, we really appreciate all the help.
