Here’s a difficult case I worked on over the past few weeks. Patient came in unsatisfied with her front teeth. Her smile was canted to the right side due to over contoured and bulky composite veneers that she had done in her hometown. She initially was unhappy with one tooth, but due too irreversible treatment done prior, we decided to treat all 4 with porcelain veneers to fix the cant and give her back smile. Le patient avait une usure sévère sur ses molaires et antérieurs. Nous avons décidé d'augmenter sa dimension verticale qui suivrait avec 6 facettes antérieures pour recréer son sourire.
