Please be aware that the Naturopathic Assistant, Jasmine, is unable to be in the office today. You will still able to contact her by e-mail at [email protected]. Due to this last minute change, tincture refill requests will not be able to be granted. She will return to office at 9:30am on Tuesday, September 8.

Please note that our Naturopathic Assistant, Jasmine, will be out of office on Friday, August 21. She will be returning on Monday, August 24. If you need to pick up any refills, please let her know by Thursday so they can be prepared for you as she is the only person who can prepare refills.

Anodyne Chiropractic will be closed on Monday, August 3 for the civic holiday. Please be aware that our office is no longer open on weekends.

We are not open on Saturday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware of our updated office hours. Tinctures and supplements will not be available for refill outside of these hours. Please call ahead to ensure any ...supplements you need are in stock and ready for pick up. We are also able to ship blood internationally again! This includes shipping blood for Lyme Disease testing to Armin Labs in Germany. Our intravenous infusions are still on hold for the moment as we wait for the arrival of our IV supplies, which come from several manufacturers.

Please note changes to our practice and hours: - Anodyne Chiropractic will now be operating between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday only. - The Naturopathic Assistant will be available from 9:00am-5:00pm at the front reception.... - We are asking that patients let us know before dropping by for supplements and tinctures. As our practice has changed, the assistant will now be unable to take walk-ins for tincture refills. - Our supplement stock has been reduced as we transfer over to using FullScript. Supplements unavailable on FullScript will be kept in stock, but please be aware that due to the current pandemic these items may have a wait time. - We are able to send blood work within Canada, this includes our Food Sensitivity Test, Comprehensive Hormone Insight urine test, and Dynalife panel blood work. Blood work that needs to be shipped to the US or Germany will be temporarily put on hold due to delays with shipping. - We are looking to hopefully begin doing intravenous infusions again by the end of July. - Masks are still required for appointments, but we are now able to begin using the main door and reception area again. We are currently operating with two receptionists. Please have patience when contacting the clinic. - Supplements will still need to be scheduled to be picked up. We cannot provide drop-in supplement pick up at this time. Current changes already in affect: - We are now offering in-clinic appointments. These include blood work and initial consultations. We are also allowing follow-ups in person but ask that if it can be done through telemedicine to please do so to limit the traffic inside the clinic. - All staff and patients must wear a mask inside the clinic. Any mask is fine. - Please do not arrive sooner than five minutes before your appointment. Sometimes our appointments run over. If the door is not answered immediately, we know you have arrived and will retrieve you when we are ready. - There is a separate entrance for naturopathic patients at the south side of the building with a sign indicating our office and to please ring the doorbell. - Our office, treatment room, and IV suite will be properly sanitized in between patients.
