I love this pose! This is an incredible way to end your flow or your day. You can even put your legs up leaning against the wall. This poses helpful for increasing circulation and lymph flow especially if there’s stagnation and you haven’t been able to move much during the day . This is also a great pose to do before bed and has been reported to help with sleep. Cobra pose : As a former hockey player this pose has taken quite a bit of time to improve my range of motion in the extension plane. Cat-camel is probably one of my favourite top 5 stretches I recommend to do on daily basis for optimal spinal health. it incorporates the entire spine great for flossing the spinal cord and its great way to mobilize the discs after prolonged inactivity (sleep, sitting etc) .... . One thing that is typically not mentioned is that you can make this stretch YOUR own. You can intuitively move where you feel you need it most.
