The Duinkerken family understands the struggle of having to change a diet. As a passionate baker, the owner Brenda, lost that excitement when she was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1994. When she started her allergen-free journey the food lacked flavour, consistency and quality. Brenda knew that she and every allergen-free consumer deserved better. She took this determination to the kitchen and created food that not only tasted delicious but was simple to prepare. And that is how the Duinkerken story began!

Calling all Lemon Lovers Our Lemon Meringue Pie Filling recipe is a delicious treat to make this week!

Pita Bread Idea! When creating pita bread we recommend using our pizza mix. Prepare as directed and add 3 Tablespoons of oregano. Then cut the ball of dough into 8 sections and flattened into small circles. After that step is completed pan-fry in a bit of olive oil. When they are browned, place them on a cookie sheet in the oven for 5-10 minutes (425F). When completed, cut the pita into wedges and serve.
