DW did it

This was a tricky combination of conditions to deal with while sizing this ring. (A) the emblem on this signet, contains glass enamel. (B) it was soft soldered to the ring. To keep the emblem stationary, and prevent the enamel from being heat damaged( because silver is such a great conductor of heat), I placed it in casting investment which is a heat resistant plaster-like material. When there's trouble you call DW.

Technically minimalistic, with maximum emotion. Forever encased in this piece of glass are the ashes of my girlfriend's dear sister, set in a plain, fine silver bezel.
