Adults Ju Jitsu Program 17-99 FREE CLASSES ALL JAN AND FEB After the formal opening of each session the Sensei (instructor), or Senpai (highest-ranked student), will lead a warm-up comprised of light calisthenics and stretching, followed by a variety of martial arts related drills such as Breakfalls, Stances and Movement, Rolls, Striking and Movement, Throws, Hold-downs, Grappling etc. We also offer short training programs, courses, and Seminars such as Women's Self Defense, The Persuader Key Holder, Nerve-Centre Pressure-Point Control Tactics, Escort, and Control Tactics, Basic Self Defense, Advanced Self Defense and much more. This Saturday is our last class we are teaching at the Red Deer Goshinkan Jujitsu Dojo before we move!

There will be NO CLASSES at the Calgary Dojo tonight, Friday January 26th. Classes resume Sunday January 28th.
