Ok... this post is a follow up to my last intro to tuberosity grafting. The problem with uploading as your flight is taking off! My key to success is flap management. What makes the biggest difference in my hands is flap brushing to passivate the flap. Ive bought kits to do this but accidentally noticed that my Lucas curette did this best! Works amazing to mobilize the lingual flap in mandibular arch grafting.

Today in #BeautifulBritishColumbia, I am hosting a number of wonderful dental professionals who are participating in the elatus dental DermalARC training course. Our learning includes this example of preoperative recession captured with an intraoral scanner. You can see the before and after (5 weeks). treated with our ARC protocol using the @straumannglobal allograft dermal matrix.
