Allow me to plant some seeds. Our bodies are over 70% water. What happens to water when it gets hit? It expands. The densest structures in our body are bone and fluid-filled organs. When water expands the structure expands. It tries to heal itself coming back to a more normal shape, but it can't come back all the way. This leaves you with structural imbalances. Fascia detects these imbalances instantly and uses muscle, tendons, ligaments, inflammation, to help heal, and to put you into a posture of protection. HOW NOW, DOES THAT CHANGE HOW YOU TREAT A STRUCTURE THAT IS DOING IT'S JOB?

Bone, not adrenaline, drives fight or flight response. What does that mean? Your fight or flight response doesn't respond initially to your adrenals, it is set off by OSTEOCALCIN which comes from bone. https://phys.org//2019-09-bone-adrenaline-flight-response.
