I'm BEYOND excited and proud to finally announce that I had the honour of partnering with Jillian Harris and Jilly Box to be a feature product in the summer box! I painted 5 watercolour paintings and made 2000 copies of each one to be distributed randomly amongst the boxes (a total of 10,000 hand numbered and hand packaged omg ). As I'm sure many of you are, I've been a fan of Jillian Harris for many years. I love what she stands for and how she keeps it real for us ev...ery day... I can hardly believe this opportunity came my way, ahh! If you didn't receive a box, the digital downloads of the watercolour paintings are available on the Jilly Box Market! My dad. The kindest, most patient, 'drop-and-do-anything-for-you' kind of dad. Happy Father's Day, I love you! Also wishing a happy Father's Day to my future father in law, and all my friends who have become new dads over the last few years! For most this is a weekend spent celebrating but I'm also sending love to those who may not have a relationship with their dad, or those who have lost their dad. My heart goes out to you and I'll never take a moment for granted with my own. The third picture was taken at my first real job back in 2013 haha, my parents flew across the country for a visit and dad was over the moon to see my office. Also, how badass is the Tom Selleck moustache (and the classic Ray Bans) he rocked for my entire childhood haha?!

Sometimes I feel like painting all day, sometimes I don't even want to look at my paints. Wishing the happiest of birthdays to my sweet Spencer, I just love you so much. Your 31st trip around the sun was a wild ride to say the least. Watching you tackle whatever life throws at you is so so inspiring and Im incredibly proud to stand by your side. I hope you eat heaps of pizza and cake today (even if its plain, uniced white cake barely out of the oven). I cant wait for many more years of unruly short shorts, death metal singalongs in the car, unsuccessful fly fishing, and all the other things. You have such a kind soul and I still cant believe youre mine. Love you!

Slowly refreshing my studio space, I wanted to do something cool to this wall to balance all the white. Just have to decide on storage and decor, and find a cute (but ergonomically correct) desk chair. Any suggestions??

I always think of the May long weekend as the start of summer- people are opening their cottages, pulling the BBQ out of hibernation, and making plans to be with family & friends. Were still at the mercy of Covid-19 but I hope youve been able to welcome the warm weather with day trips and immediate family. Whos the first person youll hug when this is all over?? Something I dont do often is look through old work. Im not really sure why...part of it might be embarrassment because I can hardly believe I charged money for some of my early projects LOL. Its true that practice makes progress, and now is the best time to dedicate part of your day to something youve always wanted to improve on

When my mom texts me she always starts with the emoji and it makes me laugh every time. Every time she does it I picture her waving at me from wherever she is and now my brain is wired to begin captions, texts, emails, etc with that emoji Whats everyone up to this weekend?

How do you remember special dates year after year? If youre like me you probably dont Ive had the idea of a perpetual calendar for a while, mostly because it will prevent the constant embarrassment of forgetting birthdays, anniversaries, etc. This rubber plant is miss February, I cant wait to show you the rest!
