Reverse Pre-exhaust Here's a fun exercise tip for your chest training. Typically when we complete a pre-exhaust set for a muscle we begin with a single joint exercie and then we move to a multijoint exercise to create further muscular inroading. With tthe reverse pre-exhaust we begin with the larger multijoint movement and then move to a single joint exercise to finish off the muscle.... In the video Nandine Pharand is demonstrating the reverse pre-exhaust with the flat dummbell bench press as she fatigues she then begins the incline dumbbell chest fly to muscular failure.
