GOOD NEWS: The requirement of witnesses being in the physical presence of a client when signing Wills and Powers of Attorney has been lifted by an Order in Council announced yesterday by the Ministry of the Attorney General. We can now help clients witness their documents by video, so that everyone is safe. At Uplawed, we have a dedicated technology advisor to assist clients with video meeting options.
