Pricing for our Anti-Fog wipes. These are the ones mentioned in the previous post. They are a wet nap type wipe and one application will usually last all day. You can come in any time during business hours to purchase. (Mon-Fri 9:30-5:30) No appointment necessary for the wipes.

Attention Teachers, Parents and Students!! It’s day three and you probably know that glasses + mask = fog. Well we have ANTI-FOG WIPES....and they are AMAAAZING!! We took a before and after photo and applied the wipe to the right lens only, in the ‘after’ photo to show how amazing this stuff really is! With many of us returning to work, we know some new PPE guidelines require the use of protective face shields. We have face shields as well as protective eyewear in stock and ready for purchase to get you back to work as soon as possible. Face Shields are $15 each (tax incl.) and non-RX protective eyewear ranges from $10-15 per pair. Please contact us to purchase or for any more questions you may have. Stay safe.

Hi everyone! Buckle up, this is a long one... We have been given the go-ahead to slowly begin opening to the public. We are very excited about this however your safety and our own is critical. To ensure we are adhering to all guidelines, we are implementing some new policies and procedures. The first big change is that for now, we will be operating by appointment only. We are making it very easy to book and you will likely not have any issue even booking something s...ame day! This is just to limit the number of bodies in the store without making you wait outside in a lineup. There are three ways to book: BY PHONE : 705-256-1066 BY EMAIL : [email protected] BOOK ONLINE : eyedealoptical.ca That being said, we will also continue to offer curb side service and even encourage it if you need a minor repair or adjustment or a quick pickup. Everyone who enters the store is required to wear a mask or face covering and our staff will be wearing them as well. We will have all proper forms of PPE for our staff to maintain safety especially when it is necessary to work in close proximity. When choosing new eyewear, all frames that are tried on are separated and properly sanitized immediately afterward. Contact lens refills will also continue to be shipped direct to the patient at no extra cost. If you are re-ordering safety glasses, this can also be done remotely in most cases via email or fax. Our hours are reduced during this time and we will be open Monday through Friday 10am-4pm. Please be patient with us as we are all adjusting to this new normal. We may alter and adjust certain things along the way as we see fit, in order to maintain the same level of service that you are used to while making sure everyone is as safe as possible. We just want to give a very quick update, with a more detailed one to follow tomorrow. We have been advised today by The College of Opticians of Ontario and the Ministry of Health that we can re-open slowly to the public and are planning to do so by appointment, beginning Monday June 1.
