There are many ways to prevent sports injuries - I treat many athletes on a weekly basis that use osteopathy to keep their bodies in optimum physical shape to prevent injuries from occurring! A large number of these injuries occur as a result of not warming up/down or as a result of a particular muscle or joint overuse.
