My name is Nadezda (Nadia) Kraeva and I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself as a new member of the Family Massage and Welness Clinic. I am a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy (2013). During my 6 years practice, I have also taken numerous courses including TMG Mastery, Cupping, and MPS Neuromechanical Therapy.... I utilise a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to help relieve pain, improve mobility, rehabilitate injuries and reduce stress. My favourite ones are deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy which allows me to get fast and prolong relief of myofascial pain in different areas of the body and successfully treat such conditions as tension headache, frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, and others. I adjust my treatment techniques based on each patient’s individual needs, try to identify the root cause of the problem, and apply most effective treatment. My aspiration is to get positive results with the first massage session. I discovered my passion for helping others through my own personal quest to find relief from chronicle musculoskeletal pain. 'Mary Hayes is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Registered Equine Massage Therapist, having graduated both programs from D'arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. She has been in practice for the past 8 years, with 6 of those years teaching within the program itself. Mary has been heavily involved with horses since she was 6 years old and has competed in equestrian events up to the national level. Mary has a strong interest in treating clients that are looking to enhance ...this performance levels as well as clients who suffer from overuse syndromes and injuries and much more. Mary also has a strong interest in working with pregnant women to help guide them through their pregnancies with as little discomfort as possible. Mary's mission is to provide her clients the best massage possible to get them back to an active and healthy lifestyle. '
