Come find us this Easter weekend for a new collaborative menu: Back 40 BBQ, authentic Texas-style BBQ tacos. This menu embodies the street-eats ethos of food that gets to the point. Meats are seasoned with salt, pepper, and secrets, slow smoked until tender, and generously stuffed into handmade, organic corn tortillas along with a few simple condiments. We also have cheese quesadillas for your fussy kids who won’t appreciate the sublime decadence of a succulent brisket that’s been cooked until it’s falling apart. Happening today! Fourth and final round of Mumbai Meri Jaan at The Farmer's Kitchen. This will be the last time we feature this menu, at least for a while, as we're working on new collaborations for spring. We've been honoured to host Chef Jinkx and his authentic Indian street food menu and hope to do it again in the future. Stay tuned for details on our next collaboration. Our current menu, Mumbai Meri Jaan, is the passion project of Chef Ajinkya (Jinkx), and features a selection of some of his favourite street foods growing up in Mumbai. The Farmer’s Kitchen is proud to provide the venue for Jinkx to showcase this menu, and we're happy to announce that we’ll be doing it again this Friday, March 12, 11am 7pm, at 1255 McPhee Ave, Courtenay (behind Relay Event and Party Rentals).
