At the annual meeting of the Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society (WCCAS) on November 13, 2020, Farris Partner, Ludmila B. (Ludmila) and Alberta, and counsel for the... federal Department of Justice. Ludmila spoke on the appeal provisions of B.C.’s new Arbitration Act, which came into effect on September 1, 2020.
