When I first picked up my camera I was heading on a 10 day road trip through the Scottish Highlands. I fell in love with the rough landscape, the wild elements and the untouched wilderness. I had found my passion. This passion manifested itself and got stronger through my many travels and my love for adventure. Through my work, I capture the essence and the story of a moment, conveying the emotions and the atmosphere experienced at the time.... When people see my photos, I want them to be transported to that very moment, I want them to imagine and feel the elements, I want them to be inspired. . We are so lucky to have Saman Rezapour’s @samanrzpr work on display in the Den Gallery. . Supporting local artists is just another way we hope keep inspiration flowing within our community. . Freedom is Alive And it's right here, in your heartbeat and your community. With words like restriction, quarantine, mandatory and closure becoming part of our everyday vocabulary, it’s no wonder that many are feeling a tightening of fear or anxiety: a contraction. Initially, it’s easy to perceive this contraction as a force that binds us an impingement to our freedom.... But when we look at the physiology of the body, we might see through a different lens. As the lungs contract, they push out waste in the form of carbon dioxide. As the heart contracts, a rush of fresh, oxygenated blood courses through our arteries. As contractions of labor intensify new life is born. These natural contractions of the body are quite literally the movements of life- enabling us to let go of waste, receive nutrients, and be alive in this world... This intimate class will be delivered over zoom offering in depth access to Tinas knowledge, experience and insight. Experience the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga in an informative and effective way. Join Tina Pashumati as she helps us explore the Primary Series and intermediate series with an emphasis on the vinyasa system, transitions and Tristhana (bandha, breath, and... drishti).
