Happy Saturday everyone. Hope you are all having the best day you can. We would just like to take this time to thank all of our customers and clients for your continued support during this pandemic. We managed to stay open throughout all of this. We are doing our very best at this time to get everything out as quick as we possibly can. We are running currently at about 80 percent driver capacity due to some of our drivers having underlying conditions. We are continually hiring drivers to meet demands although it is a process. Hey everyone. We would like to give a big shout out to Lyn Day and her group Cape Breton Covid 19 Front Line Supply. They are making masks and accessories for Front line workers. They were kind enough to drop off a supply of masks for our staff. You guys rock and we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Hey folks again we are going to have to make another small change. With the NSLC closing at 6 now and long lines ups we will stop taking orders for NSLC around 4PM on Friday and Saturdays. If the lineups arent too bad and we get what we have we will take more. We just want to make sure we get out what we do have and it gives you the customer a timeframe to make alternate arrangements. We have ran into instances where we had drivers standing in line waiting and when closing time comes they just close the door. We want to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. Hello everyone. Hope you are all staying safe in these challenging times. We are still out delivering however, we need to make a couple of changes at this time. Effective immediately we will only be taking NSLC calls until 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays due to long line ups. This allows us the time we need to get out the calls that we do have. If can squeeze more in we will... We will only be going into grocery stores on non check days to pick up 5 items or less. We will still pick up large grocery orders that have been called into the stores or placed online. We are doing everything we can to get everyone the things they need. With the long line ups this is difficult at times. Please be patient with us and our drivers. Our driver are our front line and we are doing everything we can to keep them and you safe. All drivers are provided with hand sanitizer and a spray bottle of hospital grade disinfectant to clean debit machines after each use and their vehicles. Lastly we would like to give our drivers and dispatchers a big shoutout. You guys are doing a great job and you guys rock!!!!! Sincerely Jim and the First Class staff.

Hello everyone. Its Jim here at First Class. In light of everything going on in the world today we have had to make a few adjustments to our business. We wil...l continue to deliver throughout this however our drivers will not be entering homes. They will bring your delivery to the door only. We need to keep our drivers as safe as possible. When you call you will be asked if you or anyone in your household has travelled outside the country in the past 14 days and also if anyone in household is sick. If yes to any of these questions you can pay over the phone with credit card and your delivery will be left on your step. Starting today we have had to limit each debit transaction to 100 dollars or less. We have a lot of people depending on us and unfortunately not an endless supply of money. So we are trying to make sure everyone can get something. Also there are wait times in stores due to social distancing so please have some patience with us we are doing the best we can. We thank you all for your understanding and remember everyone stay safe.
