It usually takes a week to get everything tallied for the month and here's the story for Novem...ber 2020: 540. 32% above November 2019. 37% above the five-year average for November. And at $133 million, one of the best months at any time of the year over the past five years, not just November. That's 43% above November 2019 sales of $93 million, by the way. Five record months in a row and no sign of it slowing down just yet. We are not alone in Newfoundland and Labrador, either. REALTORS across the country have been enjoying the same kinds of success.
