I soo wanted to thank everyone for all their words of support and encouragement on my last post . And especially for liking my little arrangement (so I made an...other one). These days are challenging...its more frustrating then stressful to me...I think it resonates with many of us. Today's a new day...let's push forward . I haven't been sleeping well. It was a challenging week. It's heartbreaking planning weddings during a pandemic. I'm not gonna lie...the paperwork is killing m...e. Original quotes have been requoted and then requoted again. It takes me hours...I think I'm gonna have to change my system...I've always gone old school with the paperwork...but pandemics bring change...so I'm up. And honestly I'm grateful to do it...my couples are sticking with me...and they're going through soo much as it is. But today I thought I'd take the day off to clean my house...it's in desperate need. Guess where I found myself? On the design bench...cause that's where I decompress. So I whipped up this little cutie(...I'm a texture junky in case you haven't noticed). It's a lot of tiny little components...I cut, twist, snip tiny pieces of things...and then use tweezers to secure them in place. It's tedious and cathartic and takes forever but its exactly what I needed today. The house remains a mess...but that's ok my brain is clear.
