Coaches would like to acknowledge Amelia and Cooper who recently competed at their respective age group Provincial Championships. Amelia @ Juniors who is looking forward to her National Junior event late March! Cooper competed at his first ever Provincial wrestling event in the Juvenile age group championships with a win loss of 1&2. Though it was not his desired outcome it was recognized by his fellow competitors as being the largest weight class and he being in the toughest part of the bracket. Humble beginnings for sure. Congrats to them both and here’s to some great training and continued development moving forward.

FCWC members...Amelia, Grace, Ariel, Medina, Max, Cooper and Rhys all travelled to Brampton to compete in this years Matmen event. Amelia and Grace in their respective weight / age categories. Though all may of not had their desired outcome all gained a great respect for competing against top level competitors and a healthy awareness of what is needed to represent themselves on and off the mats. Coaches noted confidence, great personal growth and super team bonding. Great work and here’s to continued growth into 2020!
