This week Supper Club is headed to Toulouse in South West France to escape and enjoy Cassoulet. This is a very classic dish that warms our hearts. Cassoulet is a method of preparation where you impart wonderous flavorful influences to navy beans. We are serving ours in the farmhouse style with rosemary and sage roasted Chicken and a lovely baguette.
