Today is #bellletstalk day. It has been a devastating year for many of our friends and families. Here in Ottawa and all around the world. COVID has had a massive effect and taken a huge toll on our mental health. The uncertainty of the future, the constant confusion and misguidance.. The losses and lows. It has been utterly exhausting. Today we have the power to support those out there suffering. We have the ability to encourage conversations, break stigmas and start talking with our friends and family as we try to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We can and must do this together.
