A great opportunity for young local artists!

It's Silent Auction time! We're set up in the Art Gallery in the Downtown Branch, just outside the musical instrument lending library. Bidding is open now and runs until December 4th. As always, there some great lots up for bids (and just in time for the holiday shopping season!). All funds raised go to support Bibliothèque publique de Fredericton Public Library and Nashwaaksis Bibliothèque publique de Fredericton Public Library. ... Happy bidding!

Hey, kids of Fredericton: Are you an aspiring artist? Do you want a chance to show your works of art to the world? If the answer to both of these questions is Y...ES, then we invite you to exhibit your work here at the library in 2021! All you need to do is have an adult help you to fill out our Junior Art Gallery application (attached below) and send it to [email protected] by November 15th, 2020. We are looking for young artists aged 5-12 who have 7-10 canvas or framed pieces to exhibit for at around 30 days. This is a wonderful opportunity for any young person who wants to get their work out there and learn a little bit about how art exhibits work! --------------- Appel aux enfants de Fredericton : Es-tu un artiste?
