My favorite thing about August...PEACHES! I went to the market Saturday and picked up a few baskets and got busy making PEACH DAIQUIRI JAM made with Jamaican Rum. I'm going to be changing the name...to "From Sherri's Kitchen, with Love". Facebook wouldn't let me do it today (said I'd already made too many changes). Boo! But one thing hasn't changed...the blueberry jam is still only $5 (because I got the blueberries on sale) and I've made another 40 jars to keep up with the demand.
