Will it be safe to visit my dentist when their office reopens? Yes. Dentists have always followed very strict infection prevention and control procedures. With added COVID-19 guidelines, dentists can begin preparing to provide you with the safest care possible. Your dentist will open their office only when they can meet these safety requirements. Their priority is to protect you, other patients and their staff.

The Government of Ontario has declared a State of Emergency and issued an Emergency Order, closing all non-essential businesses. Health care and social services have been identified as essential businesses and regulated health professionals, including dentists, are permitted to provide emergency and urgent care only. As a result, our office is open to take your calls/e-mails and Dr. Galli can safely provide emergency and urgent care. We have implimented many measures to ensure staff and patient safety including medical grade Hepa air filters, plexiglass barriers and all the required Personal Protective Equipment. In these uncertain times, our office continues to be a safe place and we will be happy to assist with your oral health needs.
