My friend Victoria is running a 6-week course that has the permaculture principles integrated into it as a guide for personal growth and as a way to reframe healthy habits. I've taken the course and found it helped me deepen my exploration of how to live in a balanced way, and that it supported my personal health journey in unique and surprising ways. I love Victoria's teaching style and methods. She is fun, supportive and has an incredible wealth of knowledge around health and wellness! The course starts on March 20. Victoria has kindly offered a 25% discount to anyone that I refer. Just use the code: JANE when registering. Here is the link to register and learn more: https://myrecreo.teachable.com/p/reprogramming-burnout If you know someone who could benefit from this wonderful work, please share!

There's an Indigenous group consultation meeting, then a non-Indigenous group consultation meeting, followed by a mixed meeting. Register here: https://events.blackthorn.io/en/46qc7f6/g/vr2Hzam8S1
