This is the fourth consecutive month of record-breaking or near-record activity for sales and new listings in the region. Here’s a little breakdown: ... - October sales were up 48.9% from the same month a year before. - There were 7.1% fewer homes listed than the previous year. - The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $1,046,900.
