Notice For Clients: Two weeks ago, I took my last clients and closed at the recommendation of The Massage Therapist Association of Alberta to protect vulnerable populations and our health care workers. On Friday March 27, the Alberta government closed down physiotherapy and massage therapy. Because of these uncertain times, I am not sure when I will reopen but let me assure you that I will! When I do open, there will be new protocols and sanitation measures in place to ensur...e your safety for your treatment. During this time, I want to continue to support you in your health and wellness. I am happy to keep in touch with each of you and provide any online resources or practices that may make this time easier for you. Feel free to text or email me if you want help with a particular issue. My background in coaching is a wonderful resource in terms of offering you a few minutes of time to refocus yourself and keep a healthy positive attitude. I would happily offer each of you that resource free of charge. My online booking is still available and I will re-assess each week according to government restrictions. That means you can still go online and book. Personally, I project that the government will keep us shutdown for the month of April. As usual, my booking system shows a 6 week period.
