If you missed seeing the interview in the Lethbridge Herald with our Gutsy Walk Honorary Chair Andrea Kowalchuk, here it is.
31 days until the #gutsywalk, way to go Lethbridge!
We can't wait until we can see smiling faces like these again at an in person #GutsyWalk. Until then we'll all be together in spirit, together as one on Sunday, June 6 as we walk to stop Crohn's and colitis.
There is always excitement at the #GutsyWalk start line. A few years ago our Honorary Chair Brooklyn cut the ribbon to lead the walk with her team. How about creating your own start line where ever you walk this year and share the picture with us!

Together as one we walk to stop Crohn’s and colitis. Join us for the 2021 virtual Gutsy Walk celebration, happening on Sunday June 6th !
People get involved with the #gutsywalk for many reasons. The first year my kids and I got involved we did the walk for my friend Carolyn who has ulcerative colitis. Fast forward a year and we were walking for my daughter Caitlin who was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 13. In 2004 she was named the "poster child" for Lethbridge, at that time it was called the "Heel 'N' Wheel-A-Thon". I've been supporting the walk ever since as a volunteer and Gutsy Walk Chair. When people ask me why I continue to be involved I say "because there is still no cure". Why do you walk? Share your story with us.
Do you know a business or individual who would be interested in becoming a local Gutsy Walk sponsor? Let us know!
