This was a 2 month renovation project. This dated home was updated with modern finishes, new electrical and open concept. The dinning room and the kitchen were flipped for a more efficient design and better use of space. The bathroom was widened to allow for a new walk in shower and better accessibility. The wall around the stairs was removed and a new handrail installed. New flooring, paint and trims and this home is looking sharp! This attic was totally unfinished when we started. We turned this unused space into a spacious Master Bedroom with a spectacular en-suite and walk-in-closet.
