This morning I was reminded that we ought to be praying for one another. Colossians 1:9 And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

There is Hope. His name is Jesus. Lord, in this broken world filled with broken people, You are our only hope. ~ Sometimes the problems of this world seems so big. I feel so small. You know what? That is true. I need to realize how small I am and how big God is.... My heart is breaking for this world. Before my eyes, are the results of sin. Brokenness and desperateness is what I see. Drugs destroying families and relationships. Hate killing lives. Sometimes previous lives. People are desperate. They steal to get what they want. And sad to say, many steal just to survive. This world is broken. I have seen it with my own eyes. Children suffering from their parents choices- poor and ungodly choices. Lord, help! Many are searching but searching in the wrong places. Places of darkness and death. Why do people hurt people? Why do parents love drugs more than their children? Why fathers leave their daugthers? Why do mothers neglect their children? Children are such a blessing! It breaks my heart to see these children suffering and not being able to enjoy life. We need Jesus! ~ Lord, one day, I get to see you face to face. And I want to be able to see these children in Your arms. I want the children to experience and know Your great love and live a life that is redeemed, forgiven, and most of all, loved. Loved by their Heavenly Father. I want them to be confident in eternity with You. To be confident in You. See more
