The first week of the Fall Virtual Run is complete! BIG shout out to all the Goddess runners & walkers who have already got their goal kilometres in and for those of you still running, keep up the good work and remember to tag us using #goddessvirtualrun.
#TrainingTip Wake up early! Get a head start on your day and workout routine by trying some of these tricks and tips. 1. Drink water as soon as you wake up! 2. Layout your clothes the night before for your run or walk.... 3. Set your alarm and place it far away from your bed (so you have to wake up to turn it off). 4. Do one thing first thing in the morning that makes you feel excited. This could be a few yoga poses, making a fancy latte, or watching an episode of your favourite show. 5. Pick a wake-up time and stick to it! Creating a routine is important to consistently wake up early. Share your personal wake up tricks with us below
