There are a lot of strong opinions being voiced online these days, with issues like race and COVID-19 dominating our feeds. Remember, it isn't our keyboards or our words that will change the world, but our actions. What can you DO to make a difference?

Business owners, have you asked yourselves how can you support team members that are no longer coming into the office? How do you even know they need help? Can ...you connect your team members to support one another, while you build organizational affinity and belonging? Can you gather data on those contributions for use in recruitment and retention efforts? We are sure a lot of you have thought of these questions and this is why we want you to meet our cohort member, GozAround It is volunteer-based platform that securely and safely connects people in need with other individuals who can help. During the COVID-19 pandemic there are a ton of people in need of help, from picking up groceries, prescriptions, donated items or even social support. This platform is designed to help them find the help they need from people in their area! Now, GozAround also serves employers and municipalities and their need to support increasingly remote workforce in cases of Covid or other natural disasters. It already functions across geographies, but with municipal partnership, it can provide impact data such as: The areas in which people are most in need, the areas that are more responsive and helping and the type of asks that are being made and met.
