Happy Hallowe'en from the G&P team. Keep your little ghosts and goblins safe tonight by adding a bit of reflective tape or a light to their costumes so everyone can see them

Happy Thanksgiving from our G&P family to yours. Always thankful to be part of such a great community

The exterior is looking good, and thanks to Max Nyberg and his team from New Town Drywall the interior is ready for paint and fixtures.

Framing inspection is done. Thanks to Roy from South Okanagan Insulation and his crew, insulation is done. The exterior is prepped for Hardie and next week New Town Drywall is on deck. Progress will be more noticeable from here on in.

Its been a productive couple of weeks. The carport slab has been poured. Metal siding is installed. Furnace room is complete, along with electrical. The next phase will happen quickly so stayed tuned.

Roof is done, thanks to Kobau Roofing, and the windows from Berdick are installed. Perfect timing as it's going to be a warm week.

The front deck and the carport are almost complete. Ready for the roofers and for some shade to work in.

The trusses were delivered and it's all hands on deck getting the roof up. Thanks to Alpha Truss and Osoyoos Ready-Mix

The project is moving along at a swift pace. Framing is complete and the walls are going up.

The plumbing is roughed in, and the basement slab was poured by Kreative Krete. The next step was building the sub floor and pouring the apron for the front of the garage, a job well done by the Hebig Brothers.

After the footings were poured and set, the foundation walls were built, using a time saving and innovative product that ensures strength and an amazing R-value rating.

The start of an exciting new venture. The project started as a full restoration but morphed into a brand new build.
