Gridline Screw Pile

The finished product of a light standard base being installed. These were screwed in to the ground by a Cat 312, with an installation head putting over 5,000 foot pounds of torque on them. No mess, no wait, these were installed in minutes!

We had to reinforce an existing deck that was on deckblocks. It heaved from the frost we got this winter, and needed to be stabalized. We could reach the front beam from the lawn, but the back beam required a more creative solution.

We use piles to support a beach access to the location where the highest tides in the world were measured! This involved walking our smallest machine down the pedway, and installing 3 1/2" diameter piles through sandstone!

The supports for this foot bridge in a popular walking part were failing. We installed piles, spanned with 6x6, and used the adjustable heads to lift and support the bridge properly. Its now safe again.
