Between the chaos of moving and lockdown, etc., etc., I am late wishing everyone a Happy New Year for 2021. Meadow and Shadow have decided to take it upon themselves to wish everyone a belated Happy New Year on behalf of themselves and me. #HappyNewYear2021

It might not look like much, but this 27 foot camper trailer is going to be Heaven Scent Grooming's new home. Gutting it and cleaning it out is just about done ...and it's time to start renovations to it. I hope to have it finished by the end of lockdown. There are many benefits to this change of venue for both myself and my clients: 1) more parking space off of the road and being located on a quiet road makes it safer for pets and people entering/exiting their vehicles 2) a ramp will be built to make easier access to enter/exit the studio for pets and people with joint/mobility issues 3) other people's pets won't have access to my home which means I won't have to de-flea my entire home each time a client brings unwanted guests with them. It is costly and time consuming to de-flea an entire house as opposed to a camper trailer. A smaller space is more cost effective and less time consuming to manage in this aspect. 4) having a separate space from my home will be less stressful for both myself and your pets as it will be quieter (no noise from other household members or my own pets to distract or upset yours) 5) I will still be able to look after your giant fur babies. The bathroom will be converted into a large tub which they can step right into from the floor. I also recently purchased a new table meant for larger pets. It stands lower to the ground which is easier to get larger dogs onto and has them at my level, so that I am not stretching to reach them. I am really excited to see this completed and can't wait to welcome all of my furry friends to my new studio. Stay tuned to see the renovations as they unfold.

What a lucky girl am I? I got to spend my Saturday morning being loved on by K9 Supermodel Bailey! This goldendoodle puppy was in to see me for his first grooming. Nothing says 'LOVE' better than puppy kisses in the morning. Thank you Stephanie Lynn for bringing Bailey to see me.
